ENA was the vision of five powerful, remarkable Latinas who have dedicated their lives on supporting equitable platforms for diverse voices to excel.
ENA is the networking, professional development platform that aims to accelerate the reflection of the changing demographics to meet the needs and expectation of a global economy. Establishing a diverse, talented and motivated Employee Network Allyance increases our ability to develop innovative solutions by embracing diversity of thoughts, opinions, backgrounds and styles. Employee Network Allyance serves as a framework to develop Employee/Business Resource Group (E/BRG) leaders by building a network of competitive and diverse leaders.
We believe that we will serve as a platform to develop leaders competencies and network to join forces in an everchanging marketplace
