Claudia Vazquez, MAOM, LSSBB, is the CEO and Founder of elevink, a consulting firm that focuses on consulting practices that concentrate on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, education, recruitment and leadership development designed to drive systemic and individual level change. Her main goal is to elevate impact and inclusion of underrepresented talented individuals.
Claudia has 20+ years of global insurance experience in Fortune 500 companies. Claudia earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Management. She holds certifications in project management, Six Sigma Black Belt, LOMA compliance and as an Agile professional.
Currently, Claudia is a member of the Hispanic Star Alliance, sits on the advisory board for Prospanica New Jersey and Latino Network Coalition. Claudia is a featured author in the book Today’s Inspired Latina Vol 5 that was released May 2019, and is a featured author in the Hispanics Stars Rising: The new face of power that will release September 2020. Claudia is also the National Director of Young Latina Talks, a National movement that looks to empower Young Latinas and elevates their voices while having an opportunity to win a scholarship.
Most recently Claudia was awarded the Mujeres Brillantes Award from Prospanica NJ and the 2020 Latina of Influence by Hispanic Lifestyle, in 2019 she received the Red Shoe Leader award, and in 2018, Claudia received the Hispanics Inspiring Student Performance and Achievement’s (HISPA) Champion of the Year award. In 2007, Claudia was awarded Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever award in Washington DC.
