Alicia Garcia, DEI Leader

Alicia Garcia is a Senior Program Manager at Refinitiv where she leads strategic technical and business transformation programs in the FX and Regulation space.  Alicia has over 20 years of experience in the delivery of complex technology, business, customer proposition and regulatory initiatives with impact to customers globally.

 

Alicia strongly believes in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is active as a co-chair of the Refinitiv Latino Network (NY Metro Chapter), Global Chair and is a founding member of the Latino Networks Coalition (Coalition of Latino Employee Resource Groups in Fortune 500 companies) based in New York City.  Alicia is a volunteer with the following non-profits:  HISPA (Role Model and NYC Youth Conference), Junior Achievement, and supports the SCIP Leaders organization.  Alicia graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  She is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and has Project and Business Management certifications from New York University.
